U tradi\u010dn\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (vyso\u010dina, poli\u010dan, loveck\u00fd sal\u00e1m, dunajsk\u00e1 klob\u00e1sa) se limit m\u011bn\u00ed z 180\u00a0mg\/kg NaNO\u2082 na 105\u00a0mg\/kg NO\u2082.<\/p><p><strong>Za druh\u00e9 \u2013 zaveden\u00ed zbytkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/strong> Doposud \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zbytkov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed stanoveno nebylo. Nov\u011b mus\u00ed v\u00fdrobky spl\u0148ovat limit po celou dobu trvanlivosti \u2013 u tepeln\u011b opracovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f je to 45\u00a0mg\/kg NO\u2082 v hotov\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku.
